Please make checks payable to Children’s Miracle Network and note ‘Hershey Golf’ sponsorship on the memo line. Please mail checks to CMN, PO Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033-0852
You may be entitled to a charitable tax deduction for federal income tax purposes for a portion of your sponsorship contribution. The deductible amount of your sponsorship contribution is limited to the excess of funds contributed over the fair market value of goods or services provided to you in exchange for the contribution. The complimentary passes being received have been assigned a fair market value per pass. If you would like to decline some or all of the benefits, you must do so at the time you make your contribution.
